Oral presentations - information for presenters

The following equipment will be available for oral presentations:

• Data projector, attached to a standard PC, running MS Windows (98, 2000 or XP), with latest versions of standard browsers (MS Internet Explorer 6.x, Netscape 6.x and Mozilla 1.0), MS PowerPoint 2000, and Adobe Acrobat Reader 5; presentations can be brought on a CD-ROM, Iomega 100 MB Zip disk, or 1.44 MB diskette;
  
  
• possibility to connect your notebook computer to the data projector by a standard monitor connector;
  
  
• classic overhead projector for transparencies;
  
  
• 5x5 cm (frame size) slide projector;
  
  
• VHS videoplayer, connected to the LCD projector.
  

Each "standard" presenter will be given 15 minutes for her/his presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions or comments. Presenters are kindly asked not to exceed this period.
